Your passion for your cause may exceed your ability to convince people to come along. It doesnt have to be that way. I have spent my career at every level of issue advocacy; from grassroots protests to national advocacy campaigns; from City Council Chambers to State Houses to a Presidential campaign. No matter the scale, I have carried with me this truth: With smarter messages, creative strategies, and better planning, our audiences can begin to think differently about the causes we support.

In twenty years of crafting narratives, shaping dialogue, and building brands, I have supported some of the worlds most noteworthy missions: the American Red Cross, City Year, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, among others. I have served public officials at every level of government, and helped mission-driven brands of all kinds define their place in the world. If you think we can help you, I'd like to talk.

Approach

If we are going to solve any of the world’s most pressing challenges, people need to understand the nature of those challenges and what can be done about them. I started Adamec Communications to raise awareness, build understanding, increase support, and drive demand for the innovative solutions that make the world a better place. That starts with the language we use, the stories we share, and the actions we take to bring people to our causes.

Adamec Communications works exclusively with mission-driven organizations. And not every mission fits. I have spent my career fighting for the progressive causes I believe in, causes that help people find their way and make the world better for everyone. Bringing people closer to our cause means talking in a different way about the problems we face and the solutions we offer. I base my work in the latest scientific research that tells us how humans respond to certain words, themes, and frames.

I work with a talented network of top-tier professionals to assemble the right team when the work calls for it. I remain personally invested in every project from beginning to end.
